of <h1>National Savings Certificates (IX-Issue) Rules, 2011 discontinued effective December 20, 2015, by notification F.No. 1/31/2011-NS.II.</h1> The National Savings Certificates (IX-Issue) Rules, 2011 were established by the Central Government under the Government Savings Certificate Act, 1959. These rules were officially titled the National Savings Certificates (IX-Issue) Rules, 2011 and became effective on December 1, 2011. However, they were discontinued as per notification F.No. 1/31/2011-NS.II, dated December 1, 2015, with effect from December 20, 2015.
