<h1>Leave entitlements for Members of Adjudicating Authority under Benami Property Rules: 30 days earned, casual leave, encashment limits apply.</h1> Rule 9 prescribes leave entitlements for Members of the Adjudicating Authority under the Benami Property rules: thirty days of earned leave accrues per year, and up to eight days of casual leave may be granted in a calendar year. Leave salary during leave is to be paid in accordance with the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972 (rule 40). Encashment of earned leave is permitted but subject to the overall encashment ceiling specified under the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, including amounts received on prior retirement from earlier service.
