of <h1>SEBI 2003 Regulations Repeal 1995 Rules; Violations of Regulations 3-6 Still Investigated Under New Framework</h1> Regulation 13 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 repeals the 1995 regulations on the same subject. Despite this repeal, any violations of specific provisions (regulations 3, 4, 5, and 6) from the 1995 regulations will still be investigated and addressed under the new regulations. Additionally, any ongoing investigations at the time of the new regulations' commencement will continue and be resolved according to the procedures in the 2003 regulations.
