<h1>Issuers must execute a new listing agreement under SEBI Regulation 19A for debt securities listing. Regulation 19B omitted in 2018.</h1> Regulation 19A of the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008 mandates that any issuer wishing to list its debt securities on a recognized stock exchange must execute a listing agreement with the exchange. Issuers who have previously listed their debt securities must enter into a new listing agreement within six months following the notification of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The provision regarding security deposits, previously outlined in Regulation 19B, was omitted in the 2018 amendment.
