of <h1>Issuers and bankers must include abridged prospectus with public issue forms as per SEBI Regulations, 2008.</h1> The issuer and lead merchant banker must ensure that each application form for public issues is accompanied by an abridged prospectus. This prospectus should only include relevant information and exclude extraneous details. Sufficient space must be provided on the application form for investors to input necessary information such as their name and address. Additionally, the issuer may offer electronic subscription facilities for applications. These requirements are stipulated under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008.
