of <h1>Regulation 33 SEBI 2008: Previous Debt Securities Guidelines Repealed, But Existing Actions Remain Valid and Recognized.</h1> Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008 repeals the relevant provisions of the 2000 Guidelines concerning debt securities. Despite this repeal, actions or proceedings initiated under the previous guidelines, such as observations on draft offer documents, investigations, or show cause notices, are considered valid under the new regulations. Additionally, any pending applications submitted to the Board under the old guidelines are treated as if filed under the current regulations.
