Recovery of inspection expenses: Board may recover costs from designated depository participants or applicants, including auditor fees for inspections. The Board may recover from the designated depository participants or the applicant the expenses incurred for inspecting or investigating their books, records, documents, infrastructure, systems, procedures or affairs, including fees paid to auditors and other inspection-related costs.
