Statutory committees requirement: recognised exchanges must constitute functional, oversight and investment committees with Board specified composition. Every recognised stock exchange and recognised clearing corporation must constitute prescribed statutory committees: functional committees (including Member Selection and Nomination and Remuneration) and oversight committees (including Standing Committee on Technology, Regulatory Oversight and Risk Management); an Investment Committee is also prescribed. The composition, quorum and functions of these committees shall be as specified by the Board from time to time.
