Interim management period continues until appointment of the resolution professional under section 22, replacing the prior time cap. Amendment substitutes in section 16(5) the words limiting tenure to thirty days with a provision that the interim officer shall continue till the date of appointment of the resolution professional under section 22, thereby making continuance dependent on the appointment of the resolution professional.
