Amendment to section 240 omits clause (g) and adds particulars to be recorded: the last date for submission of claims under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 15; the number of creditors within a class under the referenced provision; the remuneration payable to authorised representative under the proviso to the referenced sub-section; and the manner of voting and determination of voting share for financial debts.
