Committee of creditors authority is amended to permit replacement of the resolution professional by a meeting decision taken by the prescribed voting strength; the committee may resolve to replace the incumbent with another by a vote of sixty-six per cent. of voting shares, subject to a written consent from the proposed resolution professional in the specified form.
