Claims by other stakeholders require proof of claim and documentary or information utility evidence for liquidation submissions. Claims by stakeholders not covered by Regulations 17(1), 18(1) or 19(1) must be submitted to the liquidator in Form G in person, by post or electronically, and supported by proof of claim. Proof may be established by records in an information utility or by documentary evidence such as payment demand notices or bank statements with an affidavit, documentary or electronic evidence of shareholding, or a court/tribunal order adjudicating non-payment.
