Exclusion of lockdown period: lockdown time is not counted when computing liquidation process timelines under the regulations. Exclusion of the period of lockdown from timeline calculations applies to liquidation processes under the Regulations; subject to the Code, any task in a liquidation process that could not be completed because of a government-imposed lockdown shall not have that period counted for computing time-limits, and the provision was inserted by notification with a stated commencement date.
