Return of money: stakeholders must repay distributed funds they were not entitled to, including subsequent disqualifications. A stakeholder who has received funds in distribution must return any monies that he was not entitled to at the time of distribution, or which he subsequently ceases to be entitled to; the obligation is immediate and serves to restore misallocated liquidation proceeds to the distribution pool.
