Applications under the Code must be filed before the Adjudicating Authority following the Part III NCLT procedural rules until Code-specific rules are notified; applicants must notify any winding-up petition against the corporate debtor and accompany the application with the fee specified in the Schedule. Documents and applications are to be filed electronically when the Adjudicating Authority provides the facility and prescribes the manner; until then, accompanying documents may be submitted in scanned portable document format on an acceptable data storage device.
