of <h1>Operational creditors must use Form 3 or Form 4 for demand notices to corporate debtors under 2016 Insolvency Rules.</h1> An operational creditor must provide a corporate debtor with a demand notice using Form 3 or an invoice with a notice in Form 4. This notice can be delivered to the debtor's registered office by hand, registered post, speed post with acknowledgment, or via email to a key managerial personnel. Additionally, a copy of the notice or invoice must be filed with an information utility, if available, as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.
