The instrument prescribes procedural rules for presenting applications to the adjudicating authority under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, titled the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, and includes a commencement provision in Rule 1 establishing the short title and commencement mechanism.
