Publication of orders permits the chairman discretion to publish Special Bench rulings with anonymising modifications. Publication of orders of the Special Bench is at the Chairman's discretion, who may direct publication of orders or portions containing Special Bench rulings and may modify names and other particulars as he or she deems fit to allow anonymisation or redaction.
