Bench sitting location flexibility: Presiding Officer may relocate sittings within jurisdiction upon notification and discretion. Regulation 9 requires a Bench to hold its sittings at its headquarters, but permits the Presiding Officer, at their discretion, to hold sittings at any place within the Bench's jurisdiction that is notified by the Commission.
