of <h1>Applicants Must Submit Settlement Applications In Person Or By Registered Post Under Customs & Central Excise Settlement Commission Procedure, 2007.</h1> A settlement application under the Customs and Central Excise Settlement Commission Procedure, 2007, must be submitted by the applicant in person to the Secretary at the Commission's headquarters in New Delhi, or to the relevant Bench, or to an officer authorized by the Secretary. Alternatively, the application can be sent by registered post to the Secretary. An application sent by post is considered presented on the day it is received at the Commission's office.
