Determination of objections: Commissioner may examine records, admit further evidence and allow in person or representative submissions. The Commissioner shall examine the Authority's registers and records, the objection, and any other relevant documents or reports, may admit further oral or documentary evidence relevant to the dispute, and shall allow the applicant to present arguments in person, by an authorised representative under section 82, and by written submission.
