of <h1>Delhi VAT Rules, 2005: Regulations on Value Added Tax Implementation and Enforcement from April 1, 2005, per Government Notification.</h1> The Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, are a set of regulations governing VAT in Delhi. These rules are officially titled as such and were enacted to commence on dates specified by government notifications in the official Gazette. Different provisions within these rules may come into effect on different dates, as determined by the government. The rules officially came into force on April 1, 2005, as per Notification No. F.101(321)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)(iii)/8778, dated March 31, 2005.
