Objections procedure: specifies form, required supporting statements for delays and fresh evidence, signature, presentation and acknowledgement. Objections must be filed in Form DVAT-38 (in triplicate) with the notice or order challenged, state facts, grounds and relief, include Form DVAT-39 when delayed, and attach a memorandum for any fresh evidence; objections must be signed and presented in person and the authority must acknowledge receipt and specify the personal hearing date.
