of <h1>Dealers in Delhi must register one main business location with the Commissioner using Form DVAT-04; changes require Form DVAT-07.</h1> A dealer with multiple business locations in Delhi must nominate one branch as the principal place of business. This nomination must be communicated to the Commissioner using Form DVAT-04 during the registration application. If the principal place of business changes, the dealer is required to notify the Commissioner within thirty days using Form DVAT-07, specifying the new principal location.
