of <h1>Interest on GST Appeal Refunds Granted Under Sections 107(6) or 112(8) as Per Himachal Pradesh GST Act 2017</h1> Under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, if an appellant is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the admission of an appeal under sections 107(6) or 112(8), interest will be paid on the refunded amount. This interest is calculated at the rate specified in section 56 and is applicable from the date the payment was made until the date the refund is issued, following an order from the Appellate Authority or Appellate Tribunal.
