Delegation of powers ensures administrative and financial control over State and Area Benches under GST appellate framework. The State President holds financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate such powers to another Member or an officer, provided the delegate acts under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
