Levy of fee: prescribed charge payable when a copy of any order or document is supplied on application. Section 163 provides that where a copy of any order or document is to be provided to any person on an application made by him, there shall be paid such fee as may be prescribed; the obligation attaches when an applicant requests a copy and the amount is determined by prescribed rules.
