If an individual, without reasonable cause, fails to furnish necessary information or knowingly submits false information as required under Section 151, they may incur a fine up to ten thousand rupees. For ongoing offences, an additional fine of up to one hundred rupees per day may be imposed, with a maximum cumulative fine of twenty-five thousand rupees.
