<h1>Rule 14: Vacation Entitlements Differ for Chairpersons and Members of Appellate Tribunal in Money Laundering Cases.</h1> Rule 14 of the Prevention of Money Laundering (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members of Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 2007, addresses vacation entitlements. If the Chairperson is a serving judge, they are entitled to vacations as per the applicable Supreme Court or High Court Judges' Salaries and Conditions of Service Acts. However, if the Chairperson is not a serving judge, or if a Member is involved, they are not entitled to vacation.
