Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority to maintain specified registers and books of account, including investment and refund registers. The Schedule requires the Authority to maintain specified registers and books of account including share transfer register under section 124(6), central cash book, company wise and general ledgers, cashier's cash book, bank ledger, register of assets, investment register, claim and refund registers, suspense register, documents register and any other register as decided by the Authority.
