Director and secretary registration: foreign companies must file detailed particulars and requisite approvals promptly upon establishing business. Foreign companies must, within thirty days of establishing a place of business in India, deliver to the Registrar a list of directors and the secretary containing specified particulars for each person: full name and former names, parent or spouse name, date of birth, residential address, nationality and nationality of origin if different, passport details (all passports), PAN if applicable, occupation, Indian directorship details (including DIN and CIN), other directorships, secretary membership number, and e mail ID.
