<h1>Foreign Companies Must File English Docs with Certified Translations as per Section 380</h1> All documents filed by foreign companies with the Registrar must be in English. If a document is not in English, a certified English translation must be attached. Translations made outside India must be authenticated by the official with custody of the original or a Notary Public in the company's country of incorporation. For companies outside the Commonwealth, further authentication by a diplomatic or consular officer is required. Translations made in India must be authenticated by an advocate, attorney, or pleader authorized to appear before any High Court, or by an affidavit from a competent person deemed knowledgeable by the Registrar.
