of <h1>File Appeals Under Companies (Adjudication of Penalties) Rules 2014 in Writing Within 60 Days Using Form ADJ</h1> An appeal against an adjudicating officer's order under the Companies (Adjudication of Penalties) Rules, 2014, must be filed in writing with the relevant Regional Director within sixty days of receiving the order. The appeal, submitted in Form ADJ, should include the grounds for appeal and a certified copy of the contested order. If represented by an authorized representative, their authorization and consent must be attached. The appeal must not request relief against more than one order unless the reliefs are consequential. A fee, as specified in the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, must accompany the appeal.
