Customs broker licensing requires a valid licence, with regulations governing qualifications, conditions, suspension, revocation, and appeals.

No person may carry on business as a customs broker for entry or departure of a conveyance or import or export of goods at a customs station unless the person holds a licence granted in accordance with the prescribed regulations. The Board may make regulations governing the licensing framework, including the authority to grant the licence, its validity, the form and fees, qualifications of applicants and employees, the examination, conditions and security requirements, suspension or revocation, and any appeal process.
