of <h1>Amendment to Section 14 of GST Act 2017 extends removal of difficulties orders issuance by two more years.</h1> Section 14 of the Goods and Services Tax (Compensation to States) Act, 2017, is being amended to extend the provision for issuing removal of difficulties orders for an additional two years. This extension allows such orders to be issued up to five years from the Act's commencement date.
