Borrowing costs are interest and other costs incurred in connection with the borrowing of funds which include the following:
Borrowing costs include interest and related charges such as commitment charges, amortised discount and finance lease charges. Borrowing costs under ICDS IX comprise interest and other costs incurred in connection with borrowing funds, including commitment charges, amortised discount or premium, amortised ancillary costs in arranging borrowings, and finance charges for assets taken on finance lease.
