of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on Acrylic Fiber Imports from USA, Thailand, and Korea to Protect Domestic Industry</h1> The Central Government of India has imposed an anti-dumping duty on acrylic fiber imported from the USA, Thailand, and the Republic of Korea. This decision follows findings that these imports were priced below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. The duties are specified per kilogram: 6.30 INR for acrylic fiber from Cytec Industries Inc. in the USA, 42.93 INR for other US exporters, 9.73 INR for Thai exporters, and 22.27 INR for Korean exporters. The duty excludes 1.7 denier color acrylic fiber from Cytec Industries Inc., USA. The duty is effective from the provisional duty imposition date.
