of <h1>Anti-dumping duties imposed on Acrylic Fibre imports from USA, Thailand, Korea RP to protect domestic industry until April 2002.</h1> This notification announces the imposition of an anti-dumping duty on Acrylic Fibre imported from the USA, Thailand, and Korea RP, as these imports have been determined to be priced below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duty rates are set at Rs. 11.59 per kg for all exporters from the USA, Rs. 9.14 per kg for M/s Thai Acrylic Fibre Company Ltd. and Rs. 33.18 per kg for other exporters from Thailand, and Rs. 21.18 per kg for all exporters from Korea RP. The duty is effective until April 24, 2002, unless extended or revoked.
