of <h1>Government Extends Minimum Import Price for Synthetic Knitted Fabrics to March 31, 2025, Under Chapter 60 ITC (HS) Codes.</h1> The Central Government has amended the import policy for synthetic knitted fabrics under Chapter 60 of the ITC (HS), 2022, extending the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025. Thirteen ITC (HS) codes are affected, with imports restricted unless the Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) value is $3.5 per kilogram or higher. However, the MIP condition does not apply to imports by Advance Authorisation holders, Export Oriented Units (EOUs), and units in Special Economic Zones (SEZs), provided the imported inputs are not sold in the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA).
