of <h1>India Extends Free Import of Yellow Peas Until June 30, 2024; Post-Date Restrictions Apply per ITC (HS) Code 07131010.</h1> The Government of India has extended the import period for Yellow Peas under ITC (HS) Code 07131010. Imports are now classified as 'Free' without the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition and without port restrictions for consignments with a Bill of Lading issued on or before June 30, 2024. After this date, imports will be 'Restricted' and subject to previous policy conditions. All imports with a Bill of Lading dated on or before June 30, 2024, must be registered under the online Import Monitoring System. This notification is effective immediately and has been approved by the Minister of Commerce & Industry.
