of <h1>India Extends Yellow Peas Import Period: 'Free' Until April 30, 2024, Then 'Restricted' with Pre-existing Conditions.</h1> The Government of India has extended the import period for Yellow Peas under ITC (HS) Code 07131010. Imports are now classified as 'Free' without Minimum Import Price (MIP) conditions and port restrictions for consignments with a Bill of Lading issued on or before April 30, 2024. After this date, imports will be 'Restricted,' reverting to pre-existing conditions. All imports within this period must be registered under the Import Monitoring System. Revised procedures for registration will be announced separately. This amendment is effective immediately and has been approved by the Minister of Commerce & Industry.
