of <h1>India Lifts Restrictions on Yellow Peas Imports Until March 2024; Registration Required Under Import Monitoring System.</h1> The Government of India has amended the import policy for Yellow Peas under ITC(HS) Code 07131010. Previously restricted with conditions such as a Minimum Import Price (MIP) and port restrictions, the import is now classified as 'Free' until March 31, 2024. During this period, imports will not be subject to MIP or port restrictions but require registration under the Import Monitoring System. After March 31, 2024, the previous 'Restricted' policy will be reinstated. Procedures for prior registration will be announced separately. This amendment is effective immediately and has been approved by the Minister of Commerce & Industry.
