Previously categorized as 'free' for export, these items are now classified under the 'restricted' category, effective immediately. This change applies to the specified ITC HS Codes and any other applicable codes. The amendment is enacted under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, impacting Chapters 29 and 30 of Schedule 2 of the ITCHS Export policy 2018.
