Summary: A proposed multi stakeholder Cyber Coordination Centre will detect malicious activity and issue early warning alerts to enable coordinated mitigation by government, academia and industry. Measures complementing this mechanism include the Information Technology Act legal framework, national incident response advisories and security guidelines, adoption of recognised information security management practices by critical infrastructure operators, regular security audits, cyber security policies for government bodies, targeted training in cyber forensics and network security, and a Crisis Management Plan for countering cyber attacks and terrorism.
Summary: Government confirms no stamp scheme will be used; Urea is sold at a statutory price (MRP) below cost with the Government bearing the difference as subsidy. P&K fertiliser support is provided as a fixed per grade subsidy under the Nutrient Based Subsidy Policy, with manufacturers fixing MRPs and the Government allocating budgetary resources to meet the subsidy obligations.
Summary: NPPA observed price differentials between imported finished formulations and domestically produced equivalents supplied by foreign principals, and decided importers may be required to furnish details of the CIF price tied to their cost components to enable regulatory oversight of higher prices for imported formulations.
Summary: The Government proposes a statutory woman director requirement under the Companies Bill 2011: Clause 149 provides that classes of companies to be notified will be required to have at least one woman director, with the obligation applicable to those notified classes rather than a general percentage increase in representation.
Summary: Companies are not required to file information about the retention of women employees after permissible hours with corporate registries or regional administrative offices, and the Ministry reports no complaints received by those offices concerning violations of the applicable guidelines in the specified localities.

Summary: Determination of rate of exchange for specified foreign currencies under section 14 of the Customs Act, superseding the earlier notification and fixing conversion rates effective 1st May, 2012. Schedule I sets per-unit rupee equivalents for listed currencies with separate rates for imported and export goods; Schedule II sets the rupee equivalent for one hundred units of Japanese Yen, likewise for import and export. The notification records later substitutions affecting certain currency entries and preserves prior actions taken under the superseded instrument.
