The Minister of State in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Shri R.P.N. Singh today informed the Lok Sabha that there is no such information to the Ministry regarding the violation of the guidelines for keeping female employees in office after permissible time by the companies located in the National Capital Region particularly in Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon as no such complaint has been received by the Registrar of Companies/Regional Director concerned.
Replying to a written question the Minister said Companies are not required to file information with the Registrar of Companies/Regional Director, working under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
