Advance Pricing Agreement applications require detailed functional analysis, determination of an appropriate transfer pricing methodology and examination of critical assumptions to fix the arm's length price. The APA team and competent authority may hold meetings, call for additional documents or information, visit the applicant's business premises and make enquiries under Rule 10L(2). The applicant must give full cooperation while the team conducts a fair and detailed examination of all evidence produced or collected.
