of <h1>DGFT Launches Online Module for Filing and Tracking Quality Complaints in International Trade from February 11, 2019.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has introduced an online module for filing and tracking quality complaints and trade disputes related to international trade, effective from February 11, 2019. This system aims to address issues such as poor product quality, unethical commercial dealings, and non-compliance with delivery schedules. Complainants can submit their grievances through the DGFT website, receive a Unique Reference Number, and track the status online. The concerned regional authorities or Special Economic Zones will manage the complaints and ensure resolution as per the Foreign Trade Policy guidelines. Any challenges in implementation should be reported to the Directorate.
