Applicants must provide a Chartered Accountant certified statement of accounts, along with their balance sheets filed with income tax authorities for the financial years 2004-05, 2005-06, and 2006-07. This documentation is necessary to verify that the units have achieved an indigenous sales turnover of marble slabs/tiles of at least Rs. 1 crore in each of these years. These requirements supplement the conditions specified in previous policy circulars. The directive is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
