Applicants must submit a certificate from the State Industry Department confirming the establishment of gang saws, SSI/SIA Registration Certificate, a list of equipment set up before 31.3.2001, income tax returns for 2000-01, and a Chartered Accountant Certificate indicating indigenous sales turnover for 2004-07. The application deadline is extended to 15.8.2008, and all other conditions from the previous circular remain applicable.
