        Annual filing requirement: societies must file a current managing-body list with the Registrar to record governing officers. Registered societies must annually file with the Registrar of Joint-stock Companies a list showing names, addresses and occupations of the governors, council, directors, committee members or other governing persons. The filing must be made on or before the fourteenth day succeeding the society's annual general meeting under its rules, or, if the rules do not provide for an annual general meeting, in the month of January.
